Corporate Membership Agreement
Rights and responsibilities related to the SEN-T PAZAR Corporate Membership service

This Corporate Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded between SEN-T SOFTWARE (the "Platform") and the natural or legal person (the "Corporate Member") who completes the corporate membership application. The Agreement enters into force when the corporate membership application is approved by our platform.
Article 2 – Corporate Membership Requirements
The following documents and conditions are required for a corporate membership application:
- Valid tax certificate or trade registry record
- Identity document of the authorized representative
- Company phone number and contact address
- Declaration of business activity appropriate to the type of enterprise
- Acceptance of the platform terms of use
Article 3 – Rights of the Corporate Member
- Right to publish listings within the limits of the selected plan
- Use of featured and showcase listing packages
- Display of a verified corporate badge
- Priority customer support service
- Creation of a corporate profile and store page
Article 4 – Obligations of the Corporate Member
- Keeping all shared information accurate and up to date
- Compliance with platform rules and publishing principles
- Not publishing misleading, deceptive, or unlawful listings
- Not copying content from competing platforms without permission
- Respecting third-party rights in transactions conducted through the platform
Article 5 – Approval and Cancellation Process
The platform reserves the right to approve or reject the application. The approval process takes up to 5 business days. If corporate membership is cancelled, the current listing quota is reset. The member may terminate the subscription at any time; refund conditions are governed by the payment policy.
Article 6 – Pricing and Billing
Corporate membership is billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan. Prices are announced on the platform and may be changed with prior notice. VAT is not included in all prices.
Article 7 – Limitation of Liability
The platform cannot be held directly responsible for listing content published by members. Disputes arising from trade with third parties are resolved between the parties.
Article 8 – Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the TRNC. Nicosia courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
